Lifetime Warranty: JUMPERZ LLC warranties all products to be free from component and manufacturing defects for life.
Eligibility: Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Warranty does not cover defects caused by: Misuse, Abuse, Modifications made by anyone other than JUMPERZ factory.
Warranty Returns Process: Returns must be sent freight prepaid. Include proof of purchase. Provide a brief description of the issue and return shipping information
