JUMPERZ LLC warranties all of our products to be free of component and manufacturing defects for life. This warranty is only valid to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. We cannot warranty against defects caused by misuse, abuse, or modifications performed by anyone other than the JUMPERZ factory.
Warranty returns should be sent freight prepaid with proof of purchase, a brief description of the problem and return shipping information. Qualifying products will be repaired or replaced at our discretion and sent to the specified return address via standard ground shipping service.
